Refund Policy

What you purchase

Each delivered translated page costs 1 credit; each page processed with OCR costs an additional credit. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months, and credits expiring soonest are used first. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, which is the seller of every order as Merchant of Record.

Refunds within 14 days

• Unused package: within 14 days of purchase, the full amount you paid is refunded.
• Partly used package: within 14 days of purchase, you are refunded in proportion to the package's unused credits. For example, if you used 500 credits of a 1,500-credit package, two thirds of the price you paid is refunded.
• Once a refund is approved, that package's remaining credits are removed from your balance.

Pages that could not be delivered

Credits reserved for pages that could not be translated or delivered are returned to your balance automatically, keeping their original expiry date.

Right of withdrawal

Before payment you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital content. Because of that consent, your right of withdrawal ends for the credits you start using; your unused credits remain covered by the refund terms above.

Requesting a refund

Use the link in Paddle's order email or paddle.net, or write to destek@translateyourpdf.com with your order number. Refunds are paid through Paddle to the payment method you used.

After 14 days

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are assessed under Paddle's refund policy. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
