Who runs the service

The service

TranslateYourPDF offers free tools — merging, splitting, rotating, compressing, image conversion, page editing — and document translation paid for in credits. The tools are provided "as is".

Acceptable use

• Upload only documents you have the right to process.
• Do not upload unlawful content; do not abuse the service or place excessive load on it.
• Automated or bot use aimed at circumventing quotas and limits is not permitted.

Credits

Translation is paid for in credits: 1 credit = 1 translated page. The free tools spend no credits. Purchased credits do not expire; they have no end date and lose no value over time. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except in the cases set out in the Refund Policy).

Dormant accounts

Credits do not expire, but the account itself is not kept open forever: an account with no sign-in for 24 months is treated as dormant. We then send a warning to your registered e-mail address; if you do not sign in within 30 days of that warning, the account is closed and any remaining credits become unusable. Signing in once after the warning reactivates the account and restarts the 24-month period. Before your account is closed you may request a refund of your balance at destek@translateyourpdf.com.

How translations are produced

Translations are produced automatically by sending the text blocks extracted from your document to a third-party translation provider. The Privacy Policy says which data goes where.

Limitation of liability

Translation is produced automatically; its accuracy is not guaranteed and human review is recommended for critical or official use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected by this clause.

Termination

We may suspend or close your account if these terms are breached. You, in turn, may ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to destek@translateyourpdf.com.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Akhisar (Manisa) have jurisdiction over disputes. As a consumer you keep the mandatory rights given to you by the consumer law of your own country, including the right to bring proceedings where you live; consumers in Türkiye may apply to the consumer arbitration committees or the consumer courts depending on the amount in dispute.
